This conference will bring us into the fascinating world of the tens of thousands of poems known as “Giáng bút poems.” These poems were presented at public ceremonies for a century from 1845 to 1945 as part of a significant spiritual routine where prayers would ask the gods to send them poems via a person with supernatural powers.
Please note: The conference will be conducted in French and Vietnamese.
