Worship Princess Liễu Hạnh, the Holy Mother, see a procession, incense offering, and văn singing.

Tây Hồ Temple was built in the 16th century. This temple is used to worship Mother Liễu Hạnh and do religious activities about her. She is a woman of exquisite talent for playing music, singing, and writting poems. She was so kind that she was elevated to the title of Thánh Mẫu. Hàng (Saintly Mother). Every year the festival opens on the 3rd day of the third lunar month which is her death anniversary. The festival involves a Mothers’ palanquin procession from Tây Hồ Temple, Yên Phụ, Cổ Ngư Streets, along to Quán Thánh Street, then to Hàng Dầu Street, stopping at Nghĩa Lập Temple ( 32 Hàng Dầu Street ) to take votive paper, then returns to Tây Hồ Temple.

On the 6th day and the 7th day of the third lunar month, there writting prose contest, chầu văn singing, musical intrument playing, and singing at Phổ Linh Pagoda (Tây Hồ Hamlet) attract many people.
