The 2nd September evening, in celebration of Vietnam Independence Day, Hanoi will shoot off fireworks at 4 locations throughout the city, in 4 districts. They are: Hoàn Kiếm, Tây Hồ, Hai Bà Trưng, and Hà Đông.
Hoàn Kiếm district will shoot off fireworks at Hoàn Kiếm Lake from 2 positions: Hanoi post office and the new Hanoi newspaper’s office.
Tây Hồ district will shoot off fireworks at Lý Tự Trọng Park.
Hai Bà Trưng district: Thống Nhất Park (the one in which the lake has been drained for a while)
Hà Đông district: Văn Quán Lake
