Exhibition of 8 finalists for Talent Prize 2010

The exhibition will showcase the works of 8 finalists – Dao Anh Viet, Luong Van Trung, Le Tran Tuan Anh, Nguyen Hong Phuong, Pham Tuan Tu, Le Hoang Bich Phuong, Nguyen Xuan Hoang and Nguyen The Hung.

The Talent Prize 2010 competition gives young Vietnamese artists, who are working with paintings an opportunity to enter a national competition and gain recognition for their talent. The competition seeks to find original, unique and creative artists and to promote innovativeness. The Talent Prize 2010 has attracted attention among artists from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hue and other places in Vietnam. Nearly 700 images of works have been submitted by 165 applicants, among whom the jury had to choose the eight best artists.

From 10 October 2010, the online voting process has been initiated at www.cuocthitainang2010.com.

The exhibition will open also on weekends until 1 November. In the closing ceremony, CDEF will announce the winner for this year’s competition.
