Halloween Party for Donation to Flood Victims

The first international cultural exchange Halloween festival will be organized. The festival is an opportunity for pupils, students from high schools, colleges and universities in Hanoi to explore Halloween in particular and the Western culture in general. Moreover, the festival is useful and memorable playground for pupils and students with many games, costume contests and vibrant music programs.

Especially, the organizers will deduct part of the money collected from the tickets to contribute to flood-ravaged households in central provinces. The organizers will also call for donations from festival participants to support flood affected people in the central provinces of Vietnam, particularly in Quang Binh province where people are severely suffering continuous floods.

On 02 Nov 2010, the organizing board and representatives of students will hand gifts raised from the festival over the inhabitants in flood-attacked Quang Binh Province.
