From European Commission to Vietnam: European Music Festival to celebrate 20 years of diplomatic relations between the EU and Vietnam will be held in Hanoi and HCMC. Set to rendezvous with local audiences annually in November, the “European Music Festival” will make its come-back with a remarkably diverse line-up of concerts.
