The conference and exhibition “1000 years, 1 road” is to commemorate the deceased professor Dang Phong – author of “Stories about Thang Long – Ha Noi through the image of one street” by Tri Thuc Publishing House. Today, Le Duan street is just a normal street. The street is long but it doesn’t have the pompous structure of Trang Tien street or as lively as Hang Bac street. However, if you take a closer look from the transportation angle, the street is of historical importance.
Lecturer:Associate Professor Andrew Hardy – Chief representative of French School of the Far East, reporter cum historian Dao Hung and historian Duong Trung Quoc.
French – Vietnamese simultaneous interpretation.
