Bookworm Bikes
From Bookworm:
Small scale tin bikes used to be made in a few villages near Hanoi, painted and sold on the street.
We consigned the last bike maker, he now only makes wire coat hangers… to make us 101 bikes and his nephew, Dzung, painted them for us.
These bicycles are sculptural pieces not children’s toy.
Cost: 80 000 VND
The Bookworm is a non profit art space and supports local crafts people.
