You are invited to Japanese Animation Film Festival – Discover the Excitement of Japanese Animation. In this festival, 8 outstanding Japanese animations in 2000, which are not only popular for their entertaining contents, but also celebrated for their artistic values, will be screened with Vietnamese sub-titles.

Animation is one of the composite art forms in which the audience can enjoy imaginative vivid colors and story in the moving pictures with emotional voices, sound effects and music. The Academy Award in the US established the Award for Best Animated Feature in 2001, followed by the establishment of the same award at the Japan Academy Award in 2007. More and more audience and critics in the world recognize animation not only as a mere entertainment but also as an art.
