International Exchange Exhibition between Vietnam & Korea

Korean Cultural Center in association with Korean Arts Magazine holds the second International Exchange Exhibition with Vietnam & Korea which display 80 artworks.

Combined between traditional and contemporary art, this exhibition desires to introduce to public natural beauty, life and people of two countries through different perception and expression of each artist. By familiar materials like paper, oil, lacquer, pottery… artists want to share unique but familiar cultural features in works such as homeland scenery, autumn leaves, lotus…

From Korean side, there are many middle-aged artists such as Professor Lee Jae Hwan (Daegu Art University), Professor Lee Ho Sung (Baekseo Art University), Korean Fine Arts Association Director, Cha Dae Young, Gangnam Fine Arts Association Director, Park Mi Yong… and many well-known young artists.

From Vietnam side, some famous artists attending this exhibition include: artist Le Kim My, lecturer from Hanoi Fine Arts University, artist Doan Hong, Director of Contemporary Fine Arts Center, artirsts Dang Tin Tuong and Tuyet Nga, who take part in art camp at Gwangju – Korea.

In the future, the Korean Cultural Center will present more art works from Korean artists to the Vietnamese public to increase the exchange of artistic ideas amongst artists of the two countries.
