In cooperation with L’Espace and Wallonie-Bruxelles Delegation in Vietnam, three nights of short films will be held in Hanoi, Hue and HCMC. On this occassion, public will have a chance to discover interesting short films from Vietnam, France and Belgium (Wallonie-Bruxelles).

We are in the beginning of 1994. This is a harsh civil war in Burundi, a small country in Mid-Africa, neighbor of Rwanda. A war with genocide opposes between rebellion, which majority is Hutu, and national army, which majority is Tutsi. In rural areas, buses are captured by rebellion… An emotional, humorous, suspense story denounces absurdity of ethnic conflicts. A film wins Oscar awards.
