You are invited to conference with participation of Professor Alain J. Lemaître and writer Nguyen Ngoc. The conference shows examples of France: dynamic characteristic of identities and their construction even they are national or cultural identity and in history; what models did France base to attract residential community to participate in a common project?

Alain J. studied History Major and Ethnology at University of Paris I -Sorbonne and University of Paris VII – Denis Diderot. With his three doctorate degrees, he is currently a professor of modern history of University of Haute Alsace, Mulhouse. He is member of Center of Research on Economy, Society, Art and Technology where he leads one research group working on identity construction. His researches involve in history of habits and European political history. He published a lot of works, especially “For risky cultural history” (Strasbourg, 2004) and “Revolutions of modern world” (Berlin, 2006).
Nguyen Ngoc is a famous writer, researcher, former editorial director of “Van nghe” (Art) newspaper, specialist of Central Highland, translator of valuable books and currently takes a role of President of Scientific Council of Phan Chau Trinh Cultural Foundation.
