Hop City Mini Fest II: The Rhythm Within

After the roaring success of the very first Hop City Mini Fest which drew hundreds into Hanoi Rock City in February, HRC is back with an awe-inspiring mid-April sequel that will feature some of Vietnam’s hottest and most high-profile stars alongside hip-hop artists from the USA.

Headlining the night will be DJ Justin Murta – owner of Red Pill Records and the Hip Hop Handbook (USA) and MC Antoneus Maximus (USA) whose impressive collaboration list includes the The Black Eyed Peas and Kid (from Kid N Play).

The line-up for the night will be completed by a trio of Vietnam’s own finest female talents:

• The one and only SUBOI, young, emerging rapper signed to Music Faces Entertainment. (Read more about Suboi in The Word Hanoi, Jan ed.)

• Star of last year’s hit movie Để Mai Tính (Fool for Love) KATHY UYEN.

• Plus Vietnam Idol finalist THẢO TRANG.

Dr. GOSH (France) will be back to blow your mind with fresh live graffiti, while the big tunes and breathtaking Bboy battles will keep the night spinning on in style.
