From Vietnam Museum of Ethnology:
On the occasion of International Museum Day (18 May), the International Council of Museums (ICOM) raises a topic “Museum and Memories”. Following this, Vietnam Museum of Ethnology holds programs for public.

On 18 May, visitors to museum will have a chance to become one of 100 first visitors and receive gift of museum.

In addition, free Vietnamese guided tours will be held into 4 shifts (9 am, 10 am, 2 pm and 3 pm) in order to help visitors increase knowledge of cultures of ethnic groups through display system in 2 areas of museum. Visitors can also approach the method of caring of paper objects and application to life with specialists of museum.

Finally, there also has presentation about preservation and promoting values of intangible cultural heritages at Vietnam Museum of Ethnology from 9 am at Bana Communal house.
