About artists
Paola Stafficci was born in Masciano (Perugia), where she currently lives. She studied at the Conservatorio “F. Morlacchi” of Perugia, obtaining her 1st and 2nd level siplomas with the highest grades. She then refined her vocal technique under the guide of the great soprano Antonietta Stella, focusing on the classic Italian Opera’s repertoire.
Paola Stafficci took part to many Master classes in Italy and abroad with world renown artists such as Raina Kabaivanska, Katia Ricciarelli and Carmen Gonzales, and achieved the final phases of several international competitions, among them we remind the “Pavarotti International”.
After her debut on 1996 as “Tosca” and “Aida” in Odessa (Ukraine), Paola Stafficci has played several roles of the Italian Opera, receiving huge appreciation from both audiences and critics.
Also her performances in the “Macbeth” and “Turandot” during a tournée in Japan in 2001, and her “Norma” in Krakow (2003), have resulted in acclamations from the attendance.
Stefano Ragni pianist, with a degree in Philosophy, Stefano Ragni has performed in many countries in Europe and Latin America. He has been working as critic for the last twenty years, and is author of several works. Among his publications, we remind here the “Course of History of Music” for Italian students.
