From Japan Foundation Center for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam:
With support from Japan International Exchange Foundation in Vietnam, Rotary Nam Yamaguchi Club – Japan gives Hanoi Library 450 books for children in Japanese with Vietnamese translation.
Rotary Nam Yamaguchi Club – Japan is the member of International Rotary Club. The purpose of the club is support to improve society and enhance friendliness in international community. Besides, with the purpose to promote learning Japanese in Vietnam as well as introduce Japanese culture to Vietnamese, especially children, Rotary Nam Yamaguchi Club gives 450 books as gifts to Hanoi Library, books are stories for children in Japanese with Vietnamese translation. These books are displayed in reading room of library so that children can read easily and learn about Japanese picture books, thus know more about Japanese children and love picture books, stories of Japan.
