From HCMC Conservatory of Music:
You are invited to the first Piano Festival in HCMC. The festival will be held from 18 to  23 Oct with seminars, masterclasses and 3 concerts performed by Piano Faculty and Excellent Students of Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music and Guest Artists from Vietnam National Academy of Music, Hue Academy of Music and from many countries such as USA, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Singapore, Korea.

18 Oct 2011: Conference “The History of the Piano” with speaker MA. Vo Bao Lac Nhan – expert on educational psychology and teaching methodology at Stepman School (Koekelberg, Bruxelles ).

19 Oct 2011: Conference “Franz Liszt” with speaker MA Van Hung Cuong, conductor of the orchestra and teacher at North Virginia Community College.

20 Oct 2011: Piano Masterpieces: Taught by Professor Boris Kraljevic and Rena Cheung Phua – Head of Keyboard Studies – Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts.

21 Oct 2011, 8 pm: “Piano Concert” performed by lecturers and brilliant students of the HCMC Conservatory of Music along with guests from the Vietnam National Institute of Music, the U.S., Montenegro, Bulgaria and Singapore..

22 Oct 2011, 8 pm: “Young Pianists” Concert performed by excellent students from Piano Department and international guests.

23 Oct 2011, 8 pm: “Piano Concert” performed by teachers at Piano Department and international guests.
