“Houses Facing the Street” at CAFA Art Museum in Beijing

Following its success in Hanoi in March 2012, the exhibition “Houses Facing the Street” by artist Nguyen The Son has recently been on show at the China Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA), Beijing as part of Excellent Graduation Works Exhibition of CAFA.

‘Houses Facing the Streets’ focuses on an aspect of Hanoi’s rapid change which has spread without having been noticed: huge billboards that cover entire house fronts and compete for the viewer’s attention with their bright colors,
