The Jaipur International Film Festival has attained an unparalleled and worldwide fame since its inception in the year of 2009. JIFF has received tremendous support from Indian and foreign Film Industry which has resulted in its unparalleled success in just a period of 4 years. Participation from 70 countries in the year 2012 unlike 67 countries in 2011, 41 countries in JIFF 2010 and 8 countries in 2009 proves JIFF’s meteoric success (Screenings of 59 films in 2009, 87 films in 2010, 144 films in 2011 and 178 films in 2012). JIFF 2012 will also be always remembered for its remarkable Red Carpet ceremony and the concept of Film Market which got an amazing response and was a motivation for us to take it to the next stage.
