Come to the screening of a classic production of Giaochino Rossini’s La Cenerentola. The opera is essentially the Cinderella story, but with a few minor modifications that Rossini deemed were necessary for the opera to flow smoothly. These are minor changes that are overlooked in the wonderful music that captures the emotions and excitement of the story and its many layered messages.
The opera will be screened in the original Italian with English subtitles.
