Vietnamese Designer at London Fashion Week for the First Time

Cong Tri, an acclaimed fashion designer of Vietnam has been selected by the British Council Vietnam to be featured in the International Fashion Showcase (15-21 February), a highlight of the prestigious London Fashion Week 2013.
On this occasion Tri will unveil his brand new collection No.6 “Nam – Mushroom” to international audiences in London after the triumphal debut in Vietnam in January. No.6 “Nam-Mushroom” takes its inspiration from the invincible and non-stop growth of the mushroom and the unity of mushroom colonies. Vietnamese audiences were extremely impressed by the scale, the sophistication and the richness of details.
The International Fashion Showcase 2013 will be the second collaboration between the British Council and the British Fashion Council (the organiser of London Fashion Week) to create an opportunity for the public in the UK to explore the collections of some of the most innovative, emerging fashion designers from around the world.
