The Dude of Stratosphear from Switzerland is bringing a collection of rare vinyl spinning everything from 50s/60s/70s funk and afro through to pop and disco world beats.

He’s been collecting and DJing for over 20 years and has been hand picked to join the ever-excellent Zudrangma Records for a number of vinyl only events in Bangkok.

To hear music you’ve never heard before, check out The Dude’s mix tape series, Bandit’s Ballroom. A collision of vintage dance music from various part of the world, BB sets “from Rio to Phnom Penh” have set pulses racing and hips shaking across continents. The first Bandit’s Ballroom mix was made mixtape of the year on gimme’da thing webzine, and is now on its 4th volume.
