HALD Literature Residency for Published Authors in Denmark: Calling for Applications

Four foreign authors and eight to ten Danish authors will have the chance to join a four-week working residency in the buildings on the beautiful grounds of Hald Hovedgaard, near the town of Viborg (Denmark) from 14 July to 11 August.

The applicants are required to have published at least two books (fiction or poetry) and applications must be submitted in English.

The four chosen authors will receive a sum of DKK 10,000 (USD 1,870) to cover expenses, such as food, travel insurance, health insurance and possibly visa fee; plus a refund of up to DKK 7,000 (USD 1,300) for travel expenses from overseas.
