We are presenting a week of recent Iranian cinema. Here is an opportunity to see six interesting movies, that you will likely not be able to view anywhere else at any time.

These screenings are public, so please arrive early to secure a good seat.

Agha Yousef is living with his only daughter. He does everything he can for a living, and to protect his daughter. But a misunderstanding complicates everything.

Mina has decided to leave her older husband Morteza after ten years of marriage. Next Monday will be her divorce date, which means her first step towards her goal; immigration.

Yasaman has been living with her mother Leila since birth, but Leila has never let her see her father. When Yasaman is seriously injured in an accident, Leila has one week time to get consent from her ex-husband for a vital issue.

Middle-aged Reza is a simple and honest teacher who has problems making relationships with females. One day he meets a pastille-seller girl, whose family problems create unexpected problems – and opportunities – for Reza.

Directed by Mostafa Razzaq Karimi – 90 minutes – Farsi with English and Vietnamese subtitles
The film is about a young couple named Amir and Simin. Amir is the manager of a manufacturing company and has been successful in his career and Simin is a psychiatrist. On the surface, this couple has a good life, but there are problems. Amir and Simin have been divided because of not having children and are every day more distant from each other.
