Come to the official Women’s Day Hanoi Party of 2014 fused with a celebration the boundless flair and talent of Hanoi based women and independent female artists across music, arts and entertainment.
Headlining the night will be Stockholm based Swedish techno/house DJ LEMIEUX aka Maya Lourenço.
DJ LEMIEUX
Releasing on Random Island, Klasse Recordings and 12-3 Recordings, Lemieux has been seen in the DJ booth at concerts with The Knife and been touring Europe with, among others, Sand Circles and Quiltland. After this gig in Hanoi she will continue playing around in Europe and have some upcoming releases towards the end of the summer. Her DJ-style is a blend between dark jacking techno and deep house with much love for the 90’s.
A plethora of local based artists; electronic, live, spoken word and visual artists, across the creative spectrum will be joining Lemieux to give the city a fantastic night of love, equality and togetherness.
