Tri Minh’s quartet “Sounds from Hanoi” is selected as one of two Vietnamese musical performances to do an US tour from 20 Sep to 15 Oct during the program “Centre Stage”.

Centre Stage is held by New England Foundation for the Arts organization with a view to enhancing mutual understandings between the US citizens and international communities via cultural performances. Vietnam is scheduled to participate in the program with a contemporary dance The Mist (Sương Sớm) by Arabesque dance crew and “Sounds From Hanoi” by Tri Minh’s quartet.

“This is not merely a cultural project because it conveys various social messages throughout Vietnamese history and its experience in the innovation process. I would introduce an energetic Vietnam, a new Vietnamese generation who are on their way to pursuing new atmosphere for development” – said Tri Minh

You can find Tri Minh’s music and CDs in Hanoi Grapevine shop.
