December 8th 2014 marks 34 years of the date when John Lennon was murdered. Let’s come to listen to his songs to remember him, the talented artist with miserable fate.
John Lennon (9 October 1940 – 8 December 1980) was an English musician, singer and songwriter who rose to worldwide fame as a founding member of the rock band the Beatles, the most commercially successful band in the history of popular music. With Paul McCartney, he formed a songwriting partnership that is one of the most celebrated of the 20th century.
He was shot by Mark David Chapman at the entrance to the building where he lived, The Dakota, in New York City on Monday 8 December 1980.
