You are invited to “The Rose Of Autumn” concert, featuring a selected repertoire of guitar and vocal chamber music performed by:

– The Rose Of Autumn (Quang Binh and Thu Hong), a guitar duo from Houston, Texas.
– Guest performer Pham Van Phuc, the venerable one of The Seven Legendary Guitarists.
– Violist Tuan Anh, a member of The Vietnamese National Symphony.
– Vocalist Dinh Thu Ngoc.

In honor of the Vietnamese songwriters Pham Dinh Chuong, Pham Duy and Dinh Tien Hau, guitarist Quang Binh have painstakingly prepared all arrangements in the various chamber music styles from classical romanticism to minimalism.

The well-known guitar works by famous composers from Francisco Tarrega to Heitor Villa-Lobos, including German and Japanese folk music have also been arranged and modified in a non-conventional style. A couple of Christmas songs will be presented as our best wishes to the audience in this very season of the year 2014.

The Rose Of Autumn Guitar Duo is on a performing tour to Ha Noi, Sai Gon and Australia.
