Exhibition “PONG-PING” by Plonk and Replonk
Exhibition: 24 Mar – 12 Apr 2015
L’Espace
From L’Espace:
On the occasion of the International Francophonie Day, Plonk & Replonk will return to L’Espace for an installation exhibition which showcases posters and wacky objects.
In 1995, in Franches-Montagnes, Jura, Switzerland, Plonk & Replonk were founded. Famous for their absurdist humour, black and squeaky, they decide to shape their worldview that mixes of Vialatte or Deerhunter style with nonsense American cartoonist Gary Larson or caustic and extravagance Monty Python skits.
The exhibition is balanced by the paintings of Nguyen Manh Hung – a Vietnamese talent, as a subtle parallel.
Free entrance.
