From May 6 – 10, the Spring Arôme Festival will be held at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, offering an extraordinary chocolate experience for the sweet tooths in town. The hotel is calling for the World Champion Pastry Chef: Olivier Bajard from Perpignan, France to anchor the five-day festival of chocolate.
The program will feature a plethora of chocolate based cocktails and a wide range of creative desserts in the daily Chocolate buffet, complemented with Jazz performances and a fashion show from Chula and Double Dose. Chef Bajard will also join in the kitchen of Metropole during his visit, making the wonderful chocolate creations which made his fame. His career as a pastry chef includes the top title in the World Championship of Dessert Crafts of 1995 and Meilleur Ouvrier de France of French government.

o Wednesday, 6 May:
• Le Club Bar: Indulge in a smooth chocolate martini with a lot of guilt – Grand Marnier, Belvedere vodka & Hennessy Cognac.
• L’Epicerie du Metropole: Unique desserts and cakes created by Olivier Bajard are available, price from VND 80.000 ++. Enjoy a warm reception with a complimentary glass of Moet champagne (from 3-5 pm).
o Thursday, 7 May:
• Le Club Bar: From 3:00 to 5:30 pm, enjoy smooth and soothing chocolate inspired Jazz performances – the perfect collaboration between Olivier Bajard and American Jazz singer Kathryn Farmer.
• Le Club & Bamboo Bar: Indulge in a smooth chocolate martini with a lot of guilt – Grand Marnier, Belvedere vodka & Hennessy Cognac.
• L’Epicerie du Metropole: Unique desserts and cakes created by Olivier Bajard are available.
o Friday, 8 May:
• Le Club Bar: From 3:00 to 5:30 pm, enjoy a fashion show introducing the new summer collections from Chula and Double Dose with live Jazz. Come together for a special chocolate experience by Olivier Bajard.
• Le Club & Bamboo Bar: Indulge in a smooth chocolate martini with a lot of guilt with Grand Marnier, Belvedere vodka & Hennessy Cognac.

o Saturday, 9 May:
• La Veranda: An unforgettable evening of great food prepared by Nicholas Shadbolt – executive chef and Olivier Genique – chef de cuisine of Le Beaulieu. Savour the special desserts by Olivier Bajard in a sumptuous 5 course wine dinner. Price: VND 3.500.000/ person
