INTRO HEADLINER = JAN OBERLAENDER
Jan a very familiar face on Fusion Festival and in the epicentre of the Berlin club scene, with Kater Blau, Watergate, Ritterbutzke. And almost like a friendly twin brother of SchleppGeist**. Looking at their tour schedules and productions, Jan is also an active producer, self-photoshop-lover and as DJ owns the night. Now he will be the Saigon night for the very first time!
Listen to Jan at SoundCloud.
(**Remember September 2014 when SchleppGeist showed his skills in Saigon!?!)
WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF:
– B.A.X: the specialist to kick off hopefully another epic night with a heart warming and climaxing deep house sound we always enjoy.
– OKO: takes over the vibe that Jan will certainly bring. OKO (Eugene) is from Ukraine and currently residing in Saigon.
– Chris Wolter: this time not only sunrise duty but also sunset duty! Being the appetizer and dessert is something new, but why not?
SHORT BIOS:
# Jan Oberlaender [GER]: The Germans say that lies have short legs. Meaning, they don’t go very far. Does this make them bad dancers, too? Well, luckily this isn’t one of Jan’s problems, because he is an honest country boy with very long legs and skillful hands that keep everything in place and everyone on the dance floor. Which is pretty much exactly how he settles things. He strides forth upon this world and into the club. He knows what we require for late night delight when our day is done. His long arms reach out to us and present us with a fresh, artfully arranged bouquet of grade-A data; indeed, its circular wreath of splendour, set atop a tightly bound bushel of lows is what brings us back to life at the end of the day. Sleep when you’re dead.

# Oko Odessa [UKR]: Born Evgeniy Kolyaskin, Oko began his career (2000) in a very classic way. First, he opened a music store with his brother, after that he hooked up with DJing, radio broadcasts, now he’s producing his signature gigs and art-managing nightclubs.
For ten years, Evgeniy has traveled not only all over his homeland, but also became a frequent guest in Russia. Since 2004, he has been performing at the most popular festival in CIS and Eastern Europe – “Kazantip”.
From 2009 to 2012, Evgeniy lived in Kiev. He became an active participant in the metropolitan club life there and was involved in the establishment of a booking agency and organizing a music festival. Moreover, he is a very welcome guest to play at the key clubs of Kiev.
Since 2010 he has become a part of a Kiev team of RTS.FM studio – a world-famous internet radio.
In 2014 he moved to Asia, and to avoid pronunciation difficulties, performing under the name “Oko”.

# B.A.X. [VIE]: Born in 1989 in Vietnam, Bách was taught to play the piano when he was 8 years old. At the age of 18 he discovered his passion for electronic music. In 2008 he started his own project B.A.X. B.A.X is known for two styles. One goes back longer and is the New Age/Ambient music style, which makes listeners feel relaxed. The other style is House and Deep House sets that B.A.X has been known to play with Heart Beat since 2012. His selection of tracks will make everyone crawl out of his/her shell, as the music becomes the cocoon. Bách started his new label called Feel of Life Records on 01.08.2010. Listen to his mixed tracks on MIXCLOUD.
# Chris Wolter [GER]: Hailing from Hanse City Rostock with a very active scene as we all have experienced these past 2 years. At least 5 guests from the Rostock area have come over to Saigon. Chris is already more than 7 years part of the Vietnamese culture and of course, the founding father (Papa) of Heart Beat. Releasing his signature sound on Heart Beat’s imprint with his latest techno bomb “Scorpion”, following by “Bubi”. He made his debut in 2004 as a DJ, and had his his first performance in Vietnam during the Hanoi Soundstuff Festival in 2008.
