From the organizer:

Come to “All about love” – a solo show by Baptiste Gilloz for TET ART 2016 Pre-opening.

The first installation ever realized in his latest project META, “All about love” (Group 1 – Scene 1/G1S1) is an introduction of what is at play for the artist focuses, surprises, emotions, intellectual encounters, relationships between things, the effect of affection in general. It is composed of a few pieces he has been working on which are particularly active with each other, especially inspired by the idea of first loves/bonds.

In Baptiste’s scenarios, it is up to us to remain focused on how they can arouse an idea, a memory, a feeling. It is up to us to reveal the lasting impact it has for ourselves, and to decide how we want to steer the whole thing. Being part of his profusion of thought became objects, he suggests us gently to dig further, to refresh our vision, and to play again our beliefs as he plays his.

Therefore, “All about love” is assuredly a gesture; an invitation to leave room for some more poetry in our lives.

* Baptiste Gilloz is a visual artist using mixed media to construct his works. Graduated from École Nationale Supérieure d’Arts Paris – Cergy, he has had exhibitions in both France and Vietnam. META is his latest project, exploring the observation and experience of phenomena generated by the meeting of two or several elements. Controlled, yet autonomous and malleable, META is unfurled by what composes it, where it is received, and who sees it, forming an interactive whole, a producer of infinities.

TET ART 2016 will present the first three installations in this project, each of which shall invite us to allow ourselves to experience a uniqueness, or a breach; the conditions of a personal discovery.
