Music, as well as architecture, literature, philosophy, and many other artistic types, has never lost touch with the development of mankind.
In the historic flow of classical music, the Enlightenment (including post-baroque period and pre-classical period) and the Romanticism periods have very important contributions.
What are their characteristics, and how important are they? Let’s find out on the night of “Enlightenment & Romanticism”.
The concert features special participation of Canadian violinist Véronique Mathieu. Watch her play the sonata for violin and piano in G minor:
