You are invited to the exhibition “URBAN CHRONICLES” by To Kim Nhung with 13 paintings on Do paper, which will reveal her unique perception on the modern daily life in Hanoi.
Woman artist To Kim Nhung, a treasure of Vietnamese Contemporary Art, is currently attracting a lot of attention from the public and experts. Born in 1983 in Yen Bai and grew up in the 1980s, she has seen many years of development with hidden traditional culture values.
She enhances the opinion and voice of the women despite the fact that the Vietnamese society sees woman as “supporting roles” besides men, whether in working or relationships.
