The Japan Foundation Center for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam proudly presents its twelve act of the JF Garage Concert, “The Reborn” by JumpforJazz in Hanoi on Saturday 5.11.2016.

JumpforJazz is back! After the very successful and well received ‘Chronology of Jazz’ series, JumpforJazz continues to surprise its audience by introducing a unique self composed fusion of Jazz and Vietnamese folksongs.

Following its aim to support and encourage young and talented Vietnamese musicians to perform and participate in a wide variety of concerts, this time the JumpforJazz-band includes four well know musicians: Nguyen Huu Vuong on Piano, Nguyen Minh Duc on Double&Electric-Bass, Hoang Ha on Drums, and Nguyen Bao Long as leader on Saxophone.

‘The Reborn’ is new composition by JumpforJazz and will be introduced for the first time to the world at the Japan foundation Vietnam.

The concert starts at 8pm on Saturday 5 November 2016 in the courtyard (open stage) of the Japan Foundation Center for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam (27 Quang Trung, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi). Admission is free but the audience is advised to obtain free tickets at the Japan Foundation.
