The festival will take place with the participation of about 190 people from 16 ethnic communities: Ha Nhi (Lai Chau), Pu Peo (Ha Giang), O Du (Nghe An), Ma (Lam Dong), Cham (An Giang), Dao (Hanoi), Tay (Thai Nguyen), Muong (Hoa Binh), Kho Mu (Son La), Thai (Nghe An), Gie Trieng (Kon Tum), Bana (Gia Lai), Ede (Dak Lak), Cham (Binh Thuan), Khmer (Soc Trang), Ta Oi (Hue).
Main activities
• Singing performances
• New year remarks from the President to ethnic minorities
• Traditional festivals:
– “Xen Ban” of Thai people
– “Nao Pe Chau” of Mong people
Spring Festival
• Goat fights from Hoang Su Phi District, Ha Giang Province
• Planting trees
• Folk games:
– Jumping stall, walking on stilts, archery, swinging
– Tet’s signature dishes

• Children, highschool student 5.000 VND/pax
• Discount 50% for the elderly over 60 years, people with severe disabilities
• Free for children under 6 years old
