You are invited to the Art Therapy Workshop “Love Yourself Before Loving Others” (YÊU MÌNH RỒI MỚI YÊU NHAU) on the occasion of celebrating Valentine’s Day.

Valentine’s Day is not only for lovers. This year’s Valentine, BAH invites you, single or in a relationship, to experience an art therapy session with the theme “self-love”.

In this two-hour session, you will spend time with us to tranquilize and reflect on the core of your being, dive deep and understand what exists inside each of us, while using colors as a language of visual art to set it free.

Each participant will have the chance to express yourself and “play” with the colors and other materials on prepared canvas each sized 0.9 x 2m. After the workshop, BAH would like you to enjoy tea and cakes with us.

*ART THERAPY:

Art therapy is a creative method of expression used as a therapeutic technique. Art therapy may focus on the creative art-making process itself, as therapy, or on the analysis of expression gained through an exchange of patient and therapist interaction.
