From Pan Pacific Hanoi:
A true wine lover, when speaking of Latin American wines, never leaves out “Concha Y Toro”. The name dates back to late 19th century, when Concha Y Toro and his wife brought grape varieties from the Bordeaux region in France including Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon blanc, Semillon, Merlot and Carmenère. The grape varieties were planted in the wine valleys of Chile to produce the drink that later became popular among the nobility and aristocracy.
On 27 April, six distinctive wines from different wineyards in Chile will be featured at the Concha Y Toro Wine Dinner hosted by Pan Pacific Hanoi and Red Apron Fine Wines and Spirits. Guests will be into an exploration of the Chilean wines with Mr. Pablo Pessac – Brand Ambassador of Concha Y Toro. Each kind of wine, either the Casillero del Diablo made from rare white blend or the Terrunyo Cabernet Sauvignon produced from the world’s most widely recognised red wine grape varieties, will tell its own history. The wine tasting is perfectly accompanied by a three-course dinner spotlighting Salmon Carpaccio, Australian Lamb Loin and Australian Wagyu ribs, exclusively prepared by our head chef Simon Volante.
The evening will be ultimately complemented by the chillout ambience and magnificient view of our rooftop bar – The Summit.
