The benefits brought about by Big Data are undeniable, but they inevitably manipulate users by creating a fake, subjective space based on what they interact with. On her trip to Hanoi this time, Dr Nguyen Phuong Mai – author of the popular books “Con đường Hồi giáo” (rough translation: An Islamic Path) and “Tôi là một con lừa” (I am a donkey) – will discuss the topic “Brainwash Yourself” (or how to resist the illusive traction of the internet).
