Talk Show “Tết Doesn’t Need to be Perfect”
Thu 25 Jan 2018, 3 – 5 pm
Hanoia House
38 Hang Dao, Hanoi
From the organizer:
Hanoia’s Cultural Space is going to celebrate its one year anniversary of being a Vietnamese Cultural Salon in the heart of Hanoi.
In the first Hanoia’s Cultural Space event of the year 2018 (and the last one of the Year of the Rooster), journalist Truong Anh Ngoc will discuss a subject that interests everyone – Tet doesn’t need to be perfect.
Tet, for Vietnamese people, is a precious chance for family members and friends to get together, share experience and feelings and enjoy each other’s company. In the past, there were many rituals to follow that made people busy with preparations for Tet. Today, it has become simpler, and people have more time for relaxation.
Register now to become a special guest of this event by Hanoia’s Cultural Space. We invite you to say good-bye to the old year and welcome the New Year with us in Hanoi’s ancient atmosphere. You will also learn how to prepare a simple Western dinner at home during this Tet holiday.
