This time, Pan Pacific Hanoi will be teaming up with Red Apron Fine Wines & Spirits to host the Villa Maria Wine Dinner showcasing the hallmarks of Marlborough vineyards. Among the premium, our highlights are Private Bin Pinot Noir 2015, Private Bin Riesling 2016, Esk Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2016, Silverlake Sauvignon Blanc 2017 and Private Bin Lightly Sparkling 2016.
To promise an upscale pairing experience, our leading chefs will bring up the delightful culinary creations spotlighting crab and coriander cakes, baked oysters, lobster ceviche and various fusion crafts.
