From the organizer:

During his business trip in Vietnam from 19 to 30 Apr 2018, “Dany” – one of the most famous comic book artists of Wallonie-Bruxelles, will have an exhibition showing 29 of his works. You are welcome to attend the exhibition and discussions between the artist and the professors, students from Vietnam University of Fine Arts, and other professional comic artists.

The exhibition will open on Friday 20 Apr 2018 at 5 pm at the university with the participation of the artist himself.

Dany, pseudonym for Daniel Henrotin, was born in 1943 in Wallonie. His first comic series – «Olivier Rameau» – published in 1968, was a huge success, and from then on he shifts between the worlds of his story, always with a sense of humor.

In 2011, he received the Grand Prix Diagonale, a prestigious Belgian award for the 9th art.
