You are invited to the solo exhibition “Dai hep cua bau troi” (Slit of the Sky) by Nguyen Ngoc Dan, taking place from 01 to 11 Nov at HCMC Fine Arts Museum.

The exhibition is the results of 7 years of the work from 2011 until this day, much like the artist’s narrative about the ups and downs in life. She wants to tell stories with unique shapes and colors of her own styles on the canvas.

Each painting is a story that shows us the very humane perspective of Nguyen Ngoc Dan, her sincerity when faced with her own inner world, intense vitality and love for the life around her.

Nguyen Ngoc Dan is an artist of the 8X generation. She graduated with a Master’s degree with distinction from Surikov Art Institute in Moscow in 2005, and had 9 years of living in Russia.
