Would you like to have harmonious and fulfilling relationships?
Would you like to be able to express your honest opinion even when you are angry or frustrated?
We are pleased to invite you to join a two-evening workshop on Nonviolent Communication (NVC). Its founder, Marshall B. Rosenberg, discovered NVC as a method and attitude that enables us to make connections and transform conflicts. Whether in our family, in our relationships, in our work, the struggle that surrounds communication is often present. With NVC we learn how to connect empathically with self and others. In this practical workshop, you will have the opportunity to work on your own examples from any area of life (if you wish so).
In this workshop we will explore:
– how we can communicate on needs level and how it influences the communication
– how awareness of feelings can support us to connect the quality of emphatic listening in building relationship
– how relating to the facts rather than interpretations can enable mutual understanding
– how to experience inner clarity thanks to the connection to the longings
– how to form a request which has more potential to be fulfilled

We have an unusual and different approach to money. Please take a moment and read our options. Thank you.
It is a challenge to find out how to ask for contributions, because we want 4 things at once:
– to make the workshop happen so that we and all participants can learn
– to make the workshop available regardless of your financial resources
– to take care about sustainability of trainers and organizers
– to make it easy for you to decide how much you want to and are able to contribute
Considering the 4 things above:
– Base contribution: VND900,000
– If you are participating on behalf of a company which covers your cost and you will use these tools in business, we ask you to contribute VND1.8 million.
– If you want to choose a different amount, we invite you to decide how much you are willing and able to contribute by using the sliding scale from VND250,000 to VND2.8 million or to contact us to find an option that works for all of us.
