Over the past nine months, our artists have been working together under the theme of “Living-Existing.” This exhibition presents their profound reflections on life, offering insights into the nature of modern humans and their psyche in an ever-changing world. Each artwork serves as a mark of contemplation, revealing the layered complexities of human existence in contemporary life.
The title “Nhịp bơi sải” | “Breathing Rhythm” is not just a physical motion but a powerful psychological metaphor. It represents a state that every individual must experience—a long, unavoidable journey filled with challenges. Like the freestyle stroke in swimming, it requires persistence, awareness, and control over one’s body to navigate through obstacles and keep moving forward.
With this name, Studio42 hopes to convey that this is not the conclusion of an artistic journey but rather the opening of new paths and possibilities. We not only aim to share the creative processes of the artists but also to honor and express gratitude for their resilience, as well as for the invaluable support and companionship of everyone involved.
Organized by Studio 42, this exhibition features artists from 42 Collective and several emerging artists based in Hanoi.
