About project: The project “Sao Đủ Để Bao Phủ”, carried out by Datmaniac and his team in 2024, is not just a music event but a meaningful artistic, cultural and community journey. The project consists of a wide range of activities including talkshows, a music party, an album release, a music tour, collecting waste in exchange for albums, recycling workshops, discussions on the environment and an environmental festival that showcased practical eco-solutions and a variety of recycled products.

The nationwide tour featured more than 50 artists, with 5% of ticket sales dedicated to recovery efforts from Typhoon Yagi. Throughout its year-long run, the project organised interactive listening parties, 5 concerts in Hanoi, HCMC, Can Tho, Da Lat, Da Nang; 3 talkshows on music and the environment; 3 recycling workshops, 1 environmental festival; collected 2,643 kg of waste and created 2 mascots from waste; which contributed to spreading positive messages and raising awareness about environmental protection among the community.

HANOI GRAPEVINE’s FINEST is an annual event that honors contemporary art projects in Vietnam. The event is organized and nominated by Hanoi Grapevine and the general audience.

Entering its 6th year, Hanoi Grapevine’s Finest aims to go beyond an annual honouring event to become a contemporary archive of Vietnam’s art and cultural landscape, as well as a foundational platform to promote interdisciplinary collaborations both domestically and internationally, towards an open, fair, and transparent ecosystem.

This year, Hanoi Grapevine’s Finest 2024-2025 is divided into two major categories: Honouring and Recognition. Nominations are selected based on sets of criteria that aim to highlight the developmental significance and scale of impact, including activity level, community impact, creativity, organisational capability and artistic quality.
