Founded in: 2013

Atelier Theatre de Hanoi (ATH) is a platform for productions of performances and education established in 2013 in Hanoi. Its objective is to create unique spaces for a multicultural community passionate about creativity and theatre arts. ATH’s activities include three main areas: training courses in theatre arts such as improvisational theatre, drama, dance and music in French, English, and Vietnamese; comprehensive and specialised theatre arts training; creation, production and distribution of professional theatrical works; and research activities in the field of arts pedagogy to improve the quality of training and performance.

The theatrical works and projects produced by ATH in 2024 include: Aporia – The Dilemma, Lạc Wine – Burlesque Duo, P.A.S Festival, Le Dindon, and Ngày Xưa – Once Upon a Time.

HANOI GRAPEVINE’s FINEST is an annual event that honors contemporary art projects in Vietnam. The event is organized and nominated by Hanoi Grapevine and the general audience.

Entering its 6th year, Hanoi Grapevine’s Finest aims to go beyond an annual honouring event to become a contemporary archive of Vietnam’s art and cultural landscape, as well as a foundational platform to promote interdisciplinary collaborations both domestically and internationally, towards an open, fair, and transparent ecosystem.

This year, Hanoi Grapevine’s Finest 2024-2025 is divided into two major categories: Honouring and Recognition. Nominations are selected based on sets of criteria that aim to highlight the developmental significance and scale of impact, including activity level, community impact, creativity, organisational capability and artistic quality.
