From Hanoi Grapevine:
Are you an art coordinator, cultural organizer, artist, or researcher involved in the making of artistic and community projects?
We warmly invite you to submit a proposal to join ACAM 2025, the first annual meeting in Vietnam dedicated to art coordination — the individuals working behind the scenes, ensuring creative ideas are fully, meaningfully, and sustainably realized.
ACAM (Art Coordination Annual Meeting) is a three-day bilingual forum dedicated to knowledge exchange, skill-building, and collective reflection. It aims to celebrate coordination work in art and culture, creating a space for sharing practices, tools, networks, and multifaceted dialogues among coordinators in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. This year’s program will feature 7 sessions, including discussions, presentations, workshops, and open dialogues. These will revolve around the themes of art coordination work, ethics and responsibility, inclusive approaches, cross-regional exchange, public spaces, and public-private partnerships.

About ACAM 2025
ACAM (Art Coordination Annual Meeting) is the first annual gathering in Vietnam dedicated to the crucial yet often overlooked work of art coordinators. These individuals bridge the gap between artists, curators, institutions, and communities — managing timelines, handling permissions, translating cultural sensitivities, and ensuring creative visions are realized.
ACAM recognizes this labor and aims to cultivate a collective space for knowledge sharing, skill-building, and solidarity. Over the course of three days, ACAM will host a series of panels, workshops, case studies, and informal discussions that reflect on the challenges and future of art coordination in Vietnam and the Southeast Asian region.
