“I grew up in the Solomon Islands and Vanuatu in the South west pacific and there are many parallels i can draw with these places.
The tropical heat and it’s lothargic effect on all around you,the huge downpours and the smells thrown up from the plants and flowers when the rain subsides.

The dusk light is something i will miss in this city.the pastel coloured walls and the shadows that create their own art as they fall on figures and meandering bikes.”
