  1. This is a fabulous opportunity for children to see a wonderful orchestra play some famous pieces. Unfortunately 8 pm is too late to start a program for children (defined as under 12). I would love to take my children to see this as they enjoy shows and concerts however I know from recent experience that my nearly 5 year old and nearly 8 year old will not stay awake past interval-if they make it til then. It would be good if the VNSO could do a matinee on Saturday or Sunday at 2.30 or 3 p.m or start the evening concert at 6 or 6.30 p.m To provide a concert for children that begins at 8 pm seems ludicrous . Please tell me who to write to and I will duly write.
